Porsche 911 964 3.6 Carrera 2 Coupé (manual gearbox) 

 

 

Our search for exceptional Porsches has again resulted in a real gem. A beautiful Porsche 964 3.6 Coupé in an exceptionally good condition and ... exactly as it should be: Carrera 2 (rear wheel drive) and manual gearbox! This fantastic driving machine with its 250 hp is currently extensively taken care of by us, in order for the next owner to enjoy driving it for years without any worries.

General

This unique, full history, Euro Porsche was built in July 1991 and was originally delivered by the Italian Porschedealer Saottini in Brescia (country code C07). The car is fully matching, so chassis, engine and gearbox still belong together. The car was delivered in the beautiful and special color 'Amazon Green', which gives the car the most beautiful blue and green shades, depending on the light. After 10 years the Porsche moved to France, where it stayed for 15 years. In recent years, the Porsche has been in Belgium. The Porsche has Dutch license plate and we will soon also provide a new MOT. The car has the official and original service booklet from 1991 and the instruction booklet in both French and Dutch language. The current mileage of 165,000 km has been checked by us in detail on the basis of the booklets, maintenance history and available invoices.

 

Equipment and options
The Porsche has a full leather interior in the color black. The interior is in fantastic condition. The seats have absolutely no damage and the dashboard is in great condition. The original Blaupunkt radio is still present. Both driver's and passenger seats are electrically adjustable. The Porsche is equipped with air conditioning (option code M573) which was refilled by us, electric sunroof (option code M650) and electric window control. The car is on its original 17 inch Cup rims with Michelin Pilot Sports (205/50 ZR 17 and 255/40 ZR 17). This 964 is factory-equipped with a limited slip differential, a must-have for the sporty driver who is looking for the true air-cooled Porsche driving experience (the desirable option code M220). In addition, this Porsche has a fully adjustable Bilstein sports suspension. The combination of engine, limited slip differential, rear wheel drive and sports suspension gets you the optimum performance from this fantastic 3.6 engine.

 

Engine and gearboxAs mentioned earlier, engine and G50 gearbox still belong together (engine number: 62M10091, gearbox number: G5003 2 M02013). We have fully examined both the engine and the gearbox. This showed that both are very well maintained and that major overhauls have taken place in the course of time, resulting in the engine and gearbox being in very good condition. The engine is very powerful and picks up very smoothly, even from low rpm. The hydrolic G50 gearbox shifts very good. 

 

MaintenanceIn order to ensure that the future owner can continue to enjoy a reliable car, we will carry out preventive maintenance (such as adjusting valves, replacing valve covers, checking cylinder heads, checking oil lines and replacing where necessary, replacing all filters and fluids). We will also perform a complete overhaul of the hydrolic steering system.

Due to the maintenance work still to be carried out, this Porsche is available from the eind of August 2018. You can however view the Porsche at any time.
